St. Patrick's Corned Beef

So I'm a little bit late on the post...this was AMAZBALLS!  

Ingredients and Directions
  • 5.5 Lb. Corned Beef Brisket (Missouri Legacy Beef)
  • 1 Large Yellow Onion, Chop Coarsly
  • 1 Bottle Lite Beer
  • Add water (do not cover meat) Approx 1-2 Cups in a 6 quart 'Crock Pot'
  • Cook on low for 8.5 hours
